Over two decades in, Omri can tell the difference between growth and noise.
He is co-founder and Head of Commercial Strategy and Engagement at Behavjōr, a behaviour-led design and research consultancy in Sydney, where he leads growth, client partnerships and go-to-market.
He studied business and accounting across Sydney University and Southern Cross University, then spent his early career co-owning and growing Meduel Sydney, a national retail and distribution business, before moving into partnerships proper at Marcus Evans Group, running regional sponsorship strategy across Asia Pacific out of Sydney and Singapore. He joined Symplicit in 2014 and scaled its Sydney office from a standing start to $10 million in revenue and 40+ staff in three years, as Client Engagement Director and then Acting General Manager, through the business's acquisition by DWS Group. He went on to run Objective Experience as Managing Director, then was Client Services Director at Folk, before returning to Behavjōr full time, which he co-founded in 2019.
What draws him in is the problem-solving: taking apart a challenge an organisation has stopped seeing clearly, and building something sturdier in its place. He gravitates to purpose-driven organisations that already know why they exist and need help getting the rest of the way there.
